What we store

• File fingerprint (SHA-256), proof metadata, and activity logs.
• Uploaded files (if you choose to store with us) for certificate/preview.
• Emails for invites and receipts (if provided).

AI and content

Content extraction and AI summaries are per-document opt-in. Text sent to models is capped and minimized.

Publishing

When you publish proofs publicly, links may be crawled and archived; this is permanent by design.

Data requests

Contact hi@doc.id to request deletion of stored content (noting that on-chain and archived copies cannot be withdrawn).
